also @[friend] another big realization i had lately

do you know what i mean when i say Great Filter?

when it comes to aliens / the fermi paradox?

by chance?

if not i can explain

so basically

the Great Filter is a theoretical filter when it comes to advanced civilizations and exploring the stars and is one of the explanations for the fermi paradox, aka, “if the universe is built for life to arise naturally, how come we dont see it teeming with life?”

there are many guesses as to why this is, one of which is we only JUST started listening (AND we might not even be listening with the correct tech or time and etc!), a little small blink of time in the time the universe has been around, and our listening tools arent advanced enough

another is that its very rare for life to arise on a planet, but we see many many planets just like earth all around the universe

another explanation, is that for an intelligent species to be sustainable enough to explore the stars, they must undergo a “great filter”; aka, something so difficult, that most go extinct

what i realized quite recently (and likely others have realized too), is that the great filter is likely between self annihilation, like nuclear war or climate change and etc, we get consumed by our own immature disharmonious ways,

OR.

we evolve beyond such immature ways; what i mean by this is unity, overcoming, revolution, moving beyond prejudice and old outdated systems, a unity of the ENTIRE PLANET, which is what i believe is brewing rn

if we can make it past this extremely chaotic stage and not annihilate ourselves, on the other side, if we all join together and realize the true power of unconditional love (the most mature, stable, harmonious state we can imagine as people), humanity together can accomplish ANYTHING, and we would have the sustainable framework needed to even work on technology for that long and explore

wisdom, awareness, enlightenment; an era of global transcendence, solarpunk stuff, where we finally are a net benefit for nature too

heaven on earth is what we are flowing towards naturally

we are entropy aware of itself after all; towards stability - towards love

to be kind and loving is to be stable no matter the weather; to be angry and scared is to be chaotic - and entropy is the way of the universe; from the unstable to the stable - no one is a monster forever, and all great challenges can be conquered - liberation is inevitable, and revolution is forever 😌

this is why there is nothing to fear [and for many other reasons too i can and have and will talk about for hours haha]

even if we go extinct, we likely shall just come back again from the sea of null, as we already have - we were already dead before, you know

we are not new to this

in fact, it IS us

we are the flow of change itself

the flow, towards Love; we are Love

for that reason and many more, is why i say we are in heaven already

we just hurt ourselves

we make it hell for ourselves due to our ignorance

we learn thru challenge
