Swap to a secure, private, and open source operating system for your laptop/pc; Linux distros such as nixOS, qubes, fedora silverblue, & cachyOS I would recommend from my personal experience. Swap to grapheneOS if you can on your phone, or another open source operating system for mobile devices.

Vote with your dollar and buy locally in your community, stop using Amazon, Google (swap to Duck Duck Go for example) / Chrome (Swap to librewolf, mullvad browser, etc.), and all other kinds of monopoly-esk giga corporations especially those fueling the current regime & conflicts across the world including Gaza, Congo, Sudan, etc.

STOP using all ai especially ChatGPT / OpenAI. Research their next steps, such as Worldcoin & clonerobotics.com, know their motives, understand them, let your friends and family know too. Stop giving your data to the oligarchs causing this.

Stop adding to your folder of personal data Palantir collects and uses to predict your actions.

Remove yourself from fueling / depending on the very same system that oppresses you.

Build new ones, even with just your friends and neighbors.

Protests will not be enough.

Farm and grow your own food, give the people what this system will not, and protect the people.
